Courtworkers and Justice

If you have been charged with a crime, are involved with Children’s Services, or are under 18 and in trouble with the law, an NCSA Courtworker can help you. All of NCSA’s Justice programs are voluntary and descriptions available by clicking on the program names on the Explore menu to the right.

NCSA Courtworkers are free-of-charge and can:

  • go to court with you
  • help you understand your legal matter and options
  • help you complete and file court documents
  • connect you with programs and services
  • organize Restorative Conferences
