The Deputy Director plays a key leadership role in supporting the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Healing Lodge. Rooted in traditional healing practices and cultural values, the Deputy Director collaborates with the Director and CEO to organize Elders, staff, and community partners to ensure the delivery of holistic trauma-informed, and culturally safe programming for clients. The role involves program oversight, staff supervision, operational support and culturally safe programming for clients.
