Community Engagement Coordinator

Currently, BearPaw is looking for the right candidate to fill a part-time, 6-month contract position as our Community Engagement Coordinator, 3 days a week. The Community Engagement Coordinator coordinates and executes BearPaw Community engagement (promotion and distribution) plan. They also promote Native Counselling Services of Alberta’s mission statement, resiliency model and code of ethics and work within the Administrative Guidelines in accordance with Alberta’s Labour Standards.
Primary Care Workers
NCSA is currently looking for individual(s) to work within our team as Primary Care Workers (security) at our Healing Lodge. This position under the direction of the Operations Manager is responsible and essential to maintain the safety and security of the residents at the Healing Lodge, staff and public. The Primary Care worker will perform a variety of different functions including but not limited to overseeing resident’s movement, conduct routine informal/formal rounds, counts and manage resident behavior.
