The Operations Manager also coordinates the activities of the staff including orientation, training and scheduling of shifts. The individual we are looking for will be committed to supporting the central parole staff and primary workers in the facility and case management. The individual will be responsible to ensure the day-to-day operations are followed and that staff are trained to ensure they follow their role.

Our Section 81 Healing Lodges are designed to facilitate the healing, reintegration and rehabilitation of Indigenous peoples in a culturally safe and therapeutic environment. We are looking for a individual for the Indigenous Transfer Coordinator position who will play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating the transfer of Indigenous individuals into and out of the Section 81 Healing Lodges.
